Kathy L. Bolmer, President  & CEO, is a nationally prominent consultant with recognized expertise in the areas of Medicare and Medicaid, payor and regulatory compliance issues, payor/provider relations, and integration of healthcare systems. With more than twenty-five years of professional service to behavioral healthcare provider and payor organizations, her broad scope of experience includes ground floor responsibility for the development, expansion and oversight of successful clinical, administrative and fiscal operations of the behavioral healthcare continuum, in both public and private sectors. Dr. Bolmer is a member of the President’s New Freedom Commission on Mental Health’s Acute Care Work Group, a former member of the Board of Directors of the Association for Ambulatory Behavioral Health, an advisor to the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems, the National Council of Community Behavioral Health, and a Professional and Technical Advisor to the Behavioral Health Committee of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
